Sports Card Blog – Panini NFL Player of the Day Contest Week 9

And we’re back with a Thursday full of action. I hope everyone is enjoying the football on this Thursday night. Don’t worry, I was fully aware of the game tonight so tonight’s game will not count in this contest. I wanted to keep everything on the set schedule of posting a contest every Thursday. It’s getting late in the promotion and I wanted to make sure I didn’t fool anyone by posting a contest early.

The prize this week is going to be a Panini NFL Player of the Day t-shirt and a set of NFL Player of the Day cards. I have given away two of these already and need to give away 2 more by the end of the month.

This week’s contest will be taking it back old-school to earlier in the promotion with a basic NFL Pick’em! I list the games, you tell me who wins. Most correct guesses wins. Simple but always a crowd pleaser and the possibility for some good points.

Texans @ Buccaneers

Patriots @ Jets

Saints @ Falcons

Steelers @ Bengals

Rams @ Browns

Bills @ Cowboys

Jaguars @ Colts

Broncos @ Chiefs

Redskins @ Dolphins

Cardinals @ Eagles

Titans @ Panthers

Ravens @ Seahawks

Lions @ Bears

Giants @ 49ers

Vikings @ Packers

Tie-breaker: How many yards will Aaron Rodgers pass for this week?

I know we’ve done this type of contest already, but I’m fresh out of ideas. If you have any ideas for the last couple weeks of this promotion, please let me know. I might do a special Thanksgiving contest promotion, so keep that in mind for when that rolls around!

Now get to it!

      • Matt G says:

I completely changed my mind if I was allowed to change my picks. DO NOT CHANGE PICKS PLEASE. I realized that everytime I have changed them in my football pool I lose. So i feel the same way for this. So i want to keep my original picks and i have them now written down to keep track of. Ignore that last post about changing. Want to keep what I had. Thanks!!

A few people got 9 I see. They are the ones on top this week going into tonights game. I was lucky to get 7 lol. Glad I didn’t make the changes cause I was right would have gotten them wrong. Didn’t catch up for the month, but didn’t fall much farther behind. A rough week for everyone. I think it would be fun to end the last 2 weeks with Fantasy points the way you did it before. Lots of points to gain and could be a memorable finish for the month like last month. What do you think?? And I will def be looking to see if a Thanksgiving contest is coming and really looking forward to next week!!

If You Comment, They Will Come
